3. Product Information and Disclaimers
3.1 Dietary Supplements
Kinevra Nutrition products are dietary supplements intended for healthy adults. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3.2 Medical Consultation

5. Shipping Policy
5.1 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be extended during peak periods or due to inventory constraints.
5.2 Shipping Methods and Delivery
Kinevra Nutrition offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
5.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.
5.4 Geographic Limitations
Kinevra Nutrition currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5.5 Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kinevra Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Subscription Services
6.1 One-Time Purchases and Optional Subscriptions
Products sold on the Kinevra Nutrition website are offered as a one-time purchase by default. Customers may also choose to enroll in an optional subscription program during checkout, which provides automatic recurring deliveries at the selected interval.
Enrollment in the subscription program is completely optional. If you choose to subscribe, you authorize Kinevra Nutrition to automatically charge your selected payment method and ship the product according to the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
You are not required to enroll in a subscription to purchase products from Kinevra Nutrition.
6.2 Billing Cycle
Subscription orders are processed and billed according to your selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Your payment method will be charged on the same day of each billing cycle, and products will be shipped shortly thereafter.
6.3 Subscription Management
You may modify your subscription (change products, frequency, or shipping address) or cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service at contact@kinevranutrition.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
6.4 Subscription Pricing
Subscription customers receive discounted pricing on enrolled products. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
Kinevra Nutrition offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition for a full refund. Opened products may be returned within 30 days for store credit.
7.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@kinevranutrition.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
7.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive returned products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Creating an account is optional but provides benefits such as order tracking and subscription management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
