Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Products may be opened or unopened

Products must not be expired

Products must be returned in the original packaging (including any included components)

Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


Products past their expiration date

Custom or personalized products

Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Digital products or gift cards

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To exchange a defective or damaged item:

Kinevra Nutrition processes all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage


Kinevra Nutrition currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii).

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date

Cancel your subscription anytime with no cancellation fees

Cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before your next billing date

Damaged or Defective Products


If you receive a damaged or defective product from Kinevra Nutrition:

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no charge

Late or Missing Refunds

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable

Store credit may be issued at our discretion for certain returns

Kinevra Nutrition is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, or government actions.
