At Kinevra Nutrition, we are committed to providing you with fast, reliable shipping and flexible subscription options for all your nutritional supplement needs. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, costs, and subscription services.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
All Kinevra Nutrition orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Kinevra Nutrition offers the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS Ground or UPS Ground
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days via UPS 3-Day Select
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Kinevra Nutrition's control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $75
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99
- Express Shipping: $24.99
Free Shipping
FREE Standard Shipping is available on all Kinevra Nutrition orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. This offer applies to standard shipping only and cannot be combined with expedited or express shipping options.
Geographic Coverage
Currently, Kinevra Nutrition ships exclusively within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- Washington D.C.
- U.S. military APO/FPO addresses
We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders placed with international billing or shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your Kinevra Nutrition order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Subscription Services
How Subscriptions Work
Kinevra Nutrition offers convenient subscription services for recurring deliveries of your favorite supplements. When you subscribe:
- Your selected products will be automatically shipped at your chosen frequency
- Your payment method will be charged before each shipment
- You'll receive email notifications before each recurring order
- Subscription orders receive priority processing
- All subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order value
Subscription Frequency Options
Choose from the following delivery frequencies:
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks (monthly)
- Every 6 weeks
- Every 8 weeks
- Every 12 weeks (quarterly)
Billing Cycle
Subscription billing occurs automatically based on your selected frequency. Your payment method will be charged 1-2 days before your order ships. The billing date is calculated from your initial subscription order date.
Subscription Management
You have complete control over your Kinevra Nutrition subscriptions:
Modifications
You may modify your subscription at any time by:
- Changing product quantities
- Adding or removing products
- Adjusting delivery frequency
- Updating shipping or billing information
- Pausing your subscription for up to 3 months
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to take effect.
Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your Kinevra Nutrition subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. To cancel:
- Log into your account and manage your subscriptions

Cancellations must be processed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future shipments, but you remain responsible for any orders already processed.
Shipping Issues & Damaged Products
Undelivered Packages
If your Kinevra Nutrition package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your property for packages left in secure locations
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
If your package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us at contact@kinevranutrition.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective Kinevra Nutrition products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Holiday & Weather Delays
During peak holiday seasons and severe weather events, shipping carriers may experience delays. Kinevra Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, but we will work with you to track your order and provide updates when possible.
